In order to receive support for a certain battery you must own a NLBA1 device and an active reset licence.

If you only have 1 battery to repair it's better to take it to a specialized workshop in your area.

But it would be not detected in Windows and the laptop would not even attempt to charger the battery.
Is there a way for me to do somethin about this?
I assume the battery is fine but that the BMS report that it's not and the laptop refuses to charge it.
