Do you have a battery and you don't know the pinout ? First, make sure you followed Chapter 7 from manual that describes a method how to identify the battery pinout:

I cant find the correct pins for this Fujitsu battery. Just to say its not my first time i have been repairing batteries for a few years, but this one is a mystery. I have 3 pcs and on all of them i cant get comunication. I have tried all possible combinations.
Model Number
I don't have this pinout but it is not hard to detect it.
Just connect Black to NLBA GND then play with middle 4 wires. If you see that it does not detect communication then connect also red wire -> Press Power On button and start again playing with middle 4 wires for clock and data.
I have been searching for pinouts for Panasonic Toughbook CF-54 Laptops, model # CF-VZSU0PW. I have tried literally dozens of combinations.
Panasonic Toughbook batteries are not supported. They have their own protocol.

this battery has standard Lenovo pinout, '+' and '-' are both marked on the case near the connector, 'G' is gap between pins

Sorry i don't have this one, but the procedure fo find it is very simple. It is descriped in the NLBA user manual. Also keep in mind that some Fujitsu batteries can't be read because they have a different way of comunication / non SBS/.
