NLBA1 could only read the batteries which supports SBS communication protocol.

Post a good quality close up photo of the back side of PCB.
Specially this chip.
So it is custom chip bqSNL8045. From my knowledge it is SBS compatible so Nlba1 should read standard report from it.
Try to wake up the chip by applying external voltage to Pack+ pin on battery connector.
Also provide a picture of battery label.
Update
This chip is generally preprogrammed with bq20z45 firmware, so it should be supported by Nlba1 software.
