I replaced cell in this battery and can read data but battery is not active and cannot charge, can help me solve this problem

Hi, how did you solve this problem?
Im replaced cell in my Surepower II batery too.
Cell is full charged, but I took only "battery communication failure"
When i press check botton on battery, i got red lamp too(but at charge lamp are green all)
Pls, help, what wrong i done?
