Consider that 10 days free trial could only be requested one time per one device. 

Before requesting its recommended to check License description to be familiar with supported chips and to collect a batteries with these chips so you could evaluate how plugin works and if its satisfy your expectations.

I have and I do have some batteries lined up. I also have some that I have recelled as well which I would like to reset the charge count as well. I also have a few that are like new but have gone into locked mode and cells are at 100% or have about 100 charges done. This was due to where the devices where charged and the heat near by.

Hello, we had message about license valid only for one PC after reinstalling Windows. How to check counter? we never used tool on other PC, but unfortunately we have to format HDD often and reinstall OS. Will we loose license if we reinstall OS one more time?

Windows reinstallation should not be detected as a "new PC". If this is happening you have to contact me in private.

Reset tab is now only visible if you have purchased a reset licence.

No, not yet, it is not so simple. We are proud that we released a major update with the most important features of a PRO analyzer.
