[Solved] As soon as I open Ver 4.0.2, it is terminated.

Good day everyone,

I was using Ver. 4.0.0 and it was doing alright. Today I opened the Ver. 4.0.0 and a pop-up showed Ver. 4.0.2 was available and then I hit the download and installed the new one.

Then, I can't open the NLBA software. I double click on the NLBA software and the Win10 system resource shows the NLBA software. But it is terminated immediately. I can't even get into the NLBA program.

I tried to uninstall Ver. 4.0.2 and reinstall back the Ver. 4.0.0, same thing.

No matter what version, my Win10 just terminates NLBA software.

Has anyone happened to have the same issue? Need some help please...

Have you tried running NLBA as administator?

@torture Yes! I always ran the NLBA as admin.

As the software developer he is the most competent who can troubleshoot it.

I think something is wrong with my desktop PC.

I just installed V4.0.2 on my notebook, it ran fine.

Can I switch to notenook to run NLBA software?

I already uninstalled the software on my desktop PC.

Yes you can switch between PC's 3 times.

Before you switch you can try reinstalling the software.

I rename the folder C:\WINDOWS\TI to something else and the NLBA software can run now.
