My NLBA1 Device works great, but i noticed that if i set output voltage to 10,000mv (max allowed) on Multimeter shows 19.50v and if i output 6000mv to turn on batteries it outputs 11.30v

The device charges and discharges normally, but i dont know if is something to be worried about

I dont know how to and were to put the active key in the softwer, becaus the softwer is instaling but when i open it, it will open but nothing work and it dont connect with ev2300,

wath shud i do pls ????
