We always listen but we cannot implement things that are not okay. If someone will ask me to lift the security then I will never do it.
The only thing on it is Windows 11
Our software is not tested on Windows 11, it is clearly presented in the download section which Windows the setup is compatible with. It is your choice to use it on other OS but we cannot support them.
I just tried to update my last post, and the forum gave me the option to save the edit, but it didn't, and now the forum doesn't give me the option to edit at all now, so I have to post the edit here now.
That's absolutely normal, you are able to edit a post only in the first few minutes.
Does some sort of maintanence have to be done to the probes? because the terminals are the terminals on the batteries, they remain the same. Any ideas on what can be done?
Please show a picture of the issue to be more clear. All the wires you received are handmade and well chosen, if the wire is thicker with stronger soldering then the wire will get disconnected easily from the battery connector.
I have a similar problem, I cannot connect to the server, I proceeded to form the PC, I installed Windows 7 and it did not work, then I installed Windows 10 and it did not work either, I have the latest version of the program and I also installed the drivers that I could obtain from the page and it still does not I have a result, the only option to solve this problem is to enter this forum and be lucky so that someone can help me or a version of the software that works comes out.
I will appreciate any help since it was difficult to acquire the equipment to deal with these problems.

I cannot find information about the connection error with the server, I disabled the entire Windows firewall, reinstalled the entire system and the drivers and still nothing, I am connected by cable to the internet and I still have the problem, I only use the device to see the status of the batteries I bought and be able to confirm the good condition of the batteries. I hope someone can help me with this problem it stopped working after the update and the software shows the Device ID when I press the Show button
The error has nothing to do with the server connection or software update. It says you changed the PC several times and the limit is reached.
I have just set a new activation slot. Please find a stable/fixed PC, connect the device and press Connect.
