I have tried multiple times to uninstall the prior version and install V3.5.2 but it does not run. I've tried running as administrator and running from the Program(86) folder executable, but nothing works. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I would happily attach an image, but nothing happens when I attempt to run the program.

Sometimes the Windows blocks the execution of the software because it wrongly detects it as "infected". It is a false detection, try to add an exception to the windows security or the antivirus if you have one.
