The cells voltage is 0.1v and the cells is d same 0.v

Cells are completely flat.

If you really want to force them but on your risk is to charge them with a Lab Power Supply like:

- set power supply voltage to 3V

- limit the power supply to 200mA

- connect the power to the cell and monitor the voltage and current

Check first chip marking code and if its in supported list. Otherwise it could not be unlocked and you will waste efforts in messing with cells.

It looks the cells are made by LGC and chip could be Renesas which is not supported.

Nice, chip is well known. Now check if Pack Maker is printed on the battery label. Or just paste good quality picture of it. So we could check who is firmware developer and if it is supported.
