Can you help with pinout of toshiba r630 model battery? I opened the battery but couldn't make the right connection
You can't read data from this battery since there is no smart controller on the PCB. There is only EEPROM memory 24C04 or 34F04.
Post a photo of the PCB.
This is not genuine PCB but a china replacement.
Can you post the markings on the 2 chips?
On the left is the eeprom memory but on the right is some other chip that is not preset on genuine PCB's and im not sure what the chinese have done.
If they have also integrated an SBS compatible chip maybe you can read data.
Have you tried connecting to NLBA? Pinout is printed on the PCB.
@işkence
I connected it to the nlba device by looking at the writings on the pcb
Is there a bagging style you would recommend?
Which pins should I connect?
So the standart 24C04 eeprom is there but i can't find any datasheet for SA1414SE so it's function is unknown btu i think it's just AFE chip.
Like i told you before you should not be able to get communication from this battery but since it's not a standart PCB you can try.
P- to NLBA G
GND to NLBA G
C to NLBA C
D to NLBA D
+ to NLBA V
@torture Unfortunately it didn't work, I guess I should find a laptop and test it. there is voltage in the batteries, it looks good but i want to test it
If the cells have voltage you can test if the PCB is funtional.
Bridge P- & GND contacts on the connector, measure voltage with multimeter between P+ & P-.
Voltage should be present.
Hi there
My Toshiba laptop(portege R700) battery model is ( PA3832U-1BRS//10.8 volt ,5600mA) i think it is the orginal JAPAN made. i need help to know the chips number that smart charge board includes
many thanks in advance
