These batteries getting locked for a reason. For example poor cells performance due to heavy duty discharge style in the drone. In such cases just unlocking will not solve the issue. Chip will be locked repeatedly next time. 

These batteries should be fully rebuilt with new heavy duty cells or replaced.

I understand that it is a DJI protection mode, but what I am doing is changing the battery connector, and when I disconnect the cables from the battery board, it causes a blockage on the board, the battery health is fine, but the connector is bad, it does not affect the performance of the cells

 You are right. Chipset gets locked when pcb is powered off. Also it could happen after long storage. 

We dont have the tools to unlock it. They are very expensive.
