Not sure what to do, I have unlocked many DJI Mavic Air 1 batteries, using same procedure, on this one it just won't get unlocked, shows Errors cleared but on next steps it stays unlocked. See screen shot. Any help is appreciated.

Yes I do and I have been using the software successfully on many DJI batteries, could it be that since the new version of NLBA was installed it could have done something?
It could be due to firmware version of Dji battery. Sometimes Dji updates firmware on their batteries and changes something.
Anyway install AnyDesk and provide your WhatsApp to try unlock remotely.
