See attached screen shots.   When doing a Wake Up test under the Repair tab, I got the following message:   "The battery could not be charged because it has TERMINATE_CHARGE_ALARM.

What does this really mean?  Bad chip or what?

Thanks, chocolotterry

This alarm says that the battery cannot accept charging current.

If you connected the wires correctly (included System Present pin if needed) press Lock Status from first software tab. You will see that this battery is bad/Locked. Look at the cells, they are bad. That's why this error is triggered.
