have some kind of oem battery that use bq20z75 chip.
When i try to reset it, i cannot achieve it.

PF Status is all zeroes now so chip is not locked.
Connect System Present pin to ground to allow charge or discharge. It is marked "PRES" on the pcb. Also check fuse condition.
I connected "PRES" pin to ground, and now i can reset the chip. But it still doesn't allow charge and discharge. Probably, the program that inside the chip causes it. i try to find working battery and copy it's program.
No, it is wrong way. It will not solve the issue.
Follow this tutorial to recover the fuse.
Battery could not be neither charged nor discharged until fuse to be recovered.
