The dump seems not locked so there might be a problem with the PCB.

Has the baterry been recelled once already? Because the dump has been definitely reprogrammed before.

Or someone has just changed FCC, cycles & date?

Is it a customer battery or coming from a supplier?

Anyway try the dump and post updated screenshot.

it is customer battery already repaired because fuse is not present, only soldered the points.

Why didn't you mention here that fuse was not present at all? This could save us a lot of time and effort guessing and diagnosing faults? The firmware is checking the fuse control circuit and if not present it will not start.

So install a normal working fuse and the problem should be solved.

removed the solder to install fuse. but only 3 pins are there on the PCB.

is it ok to let 4th pin of fuse with no connection? 3 legged fuse will not fit here.

Use only IN, OUT and CONTROL pins.
