pre-charged and balanced the cells. Detected chip is BQ9000 with manufacturer name Panasonic.
reset says unknown firmware. tried to reset using bq9000 but failed.
help needed to unlock the chip

The dump seems not locked so there might be a problem with the PCB.
Has the baterry been recelled once already? Because the dump has been definitely reprogrammed before.
Or someone has just changed FCC, cycles & date?
Is it a customer battery or coming from a supplier?

cells are not replaced, seems original. but I am sure has been reprogrammed already.

it is customer battery already repaired because fuse is not present, only soldered the points.

Why didn't you mention here that fuse was not present at all? This could save us a lot of time and effort guessing and diagnosing faults? The firmware is checking the fuse control circuit and if not present it will not start.

sorry for not clearing but I did not say recovered, thought soldered will clear the point.
