There is no communication with the battery.

Check your wiring.

There is no reason why this battery would be reading fine in other software but not in NLBA.

What is the reason to use another battery dump instead of original eeprom ?..

@djibattworkshop I thought is was fine to use a dump from a perfectly working battery  to sort out my issue when in fact the dump I wrote was from another fcc problematic battery!

So I need help for this fcc edit issue.

now working, chg, dsg OK!

I edited 7000mah in hex and reset tab. It worked then in reset tab again, I edited to 78000mah and it is still working.

I made a dump [7000mah] if there is anything intersting for.

dont use bq304xx FCC edit tutorial to work with bq403xx chips. These chips use different byteorder.

Also dont use BatInfo tab to search for FCC in the dump. It is converted in background from 10mWh units to mAh so it will confuse search and could find not proper location in eeprom. You already bricked one chip this way.

Checked the dump. It still has FCC = 127mAh so it will not work correctly.

I should use the other software or is there a better method?

you say that you edited FCC to 7800 using Nlba1 software.

Could you confirm it is reported correctly on BatInfo tab ?..
