Read the battery with Test Demo software and check cells voltages on different channels
Reflash with initial backup eeprom.
Dear sir during resetting from BQEVSW everything was fine,
You have used bqEVSW instead of NLBA1 to reset the chip ?..
now it is not accepting unlock cmd
bq30423 is supported by NLBA1 software. Just press Unseal button and thats it. Any reason to use bqEVSW to unseal it ?..
@djibattworkshop I have done 1st unseal from NLBA1 but due to updation of EEPROM redesigning capacity for new cells .etc I have used the bqevsw I made a mistake to run unseal cmd (6789-6789 to 3C) from bqevsw but result is not right as normally other chips works.
@djibattworkshop I have observed that NLBA1 is very good in unsealing and reseting the FCC .etc but it could not update the individual cell capacity in EEPROM also some time we have to re-enter charging current manually through BQEVSW
If you want to see any new features in the NLBA1 feel free to offer your suggestions in the Feature Request subforum.

it could not be the reason of the issue which is described in the topic
It looks like chip eeprom was not correctly edited or chip was reflashed with dump from different battery.
chip was reflashed with dump from different battery
I already know the cons of wrong flash so did not do this
@djibattworkshop Is there any solution to this problem? Problems are always raised for learners, so this is a good thing we are learning from good teachers.
