I’m new to nlba1. I tried unlocking some hp laptop batteries . But I’m unable to charge or calibrate them because the battery in lock state. When I try to unlock it, it says cell voltage must be 3000mv or more.
What am I missing? Please help.

You have to charge the balanced cells above 3 V per cell.. Read the static and dynamic data of the battery and post it on the forum, and of course which battery model is it?? After that you can ask for help from other users.
