You are measuring the current sense resistor.

Fuse is located here.

1. Desolder fuse.

2. Remove the palstic cap.

3. Post good quality close up photo.

Looks like you destroyed the fuse.

Replace it with a new one or take one from a donor PCB and battery should work.

original is 3 pin
