Hello team
Firstly: thank you for azzido with his great work the battery was unlocked with seccus
But i have another pb now : the battery cannot charge despite that when we read the battery with nlba device we se that there is current and also the battery can discharge perfectly
The fuse was checked and i find it good
What's the pb please?
Read Safety Status
WW 00 0051
RBL 23
Well, now read Charging Status
WW 00 0055
RBL 23
Charging Status is Ok.
Check also these registers
WW 00 0054
RBL 23
WW 00 0056
RBL 23
WW 00 0057

Do you have thermal imaging camera?
Parameters looks Ok.
No i don't have thermal imaging camera
Then try to do following check using your fingers as temp sensors)
- Go to Discharge Tab, start discharging
- Confirm discharge current is about 2A like on your previous Discharge snapshot
- Touch both MOSFETs by finger and withing 3 minutes check if they have same or different temperature.
@djibattworkshop yes the mosfet defined in the picture will be very hot until discharging also the fuse
Its Charge FET, and there could be cold joint at its Gate pin. Preheat it with a flux and airgun. If issue persist, replace it with another of similar type. This is a reason why battery could not be charged.
I did a mistake to try fixing the FET without disconnect the pcb from the cell pack(with the respect of the cable order until removing) that wich make the chip coming to be locked again
@azzido, please if there is other possibility to reset it by remote it will be kindly
Thank you
Ok, contact me tomorrow afternoon.
Preheat it with a flux and airgun. If issue persist, replace it with another of similar type. This is a reason why battery could not be charged.
Have you tried this solution?
@djibattworkshop Hello
Sorry for delay to reply...i were little occuped these last day
Yes i try the solution wich you described and the issue still always persist
After a comparaison with other same pcb i find the pb in a resistor between FET charge gate and V-pack cell
The pb is that this resistor was bad and let also the pack cell voltage passed to the FET charge gate making a push down for the order voltage to this gate and keep it alwayas closed
After change it the issue was solved and the battery now can be charged
Thank you lotof for your support and your attention
