Hola

Muchas gracias

@djibattworkshop Hello
I bought the NLBA laptop battery license 5 days ago and I have the EV2300 and EV2400 and on the days it always says EV2300
The problem I have is that it does not read any battery (Dji spark, Dji mavic mini 2 and Dji mavic 2 pro) the latter as I show you in the photo working and charged but I only connected it to check if the licensed program worked and it does not read them as you can see in the photo, the first step I do is connect and when the licensed program turns red I touch RED STAR but it does absolutely nothing and the battery is working, that is, it is not a low cell problem
Thank you very much

 Paste picture of ev2400 output port where wires are connected.

 Paste also picture of DJI Mavic 2 Pro battery connector to check if wires are properly inserted.

@djibattworkshop I'm using this board which is for the EV2400
Do you have the pin diagram for the mavic 2 pro so I can test it directly with the pins?

@djibattworkshop Hi, everything is working perfectly.
Thank you very much for everything and if you can send me the diagram of the Phantom 4 batteries, I would appreciate it.

   DJI P4 connector

 | Rx | - | - | + | + | + | + | - | - | Tx |

Keep in mind Dji P4 battery does not have SMBUS port on the connector. Instead it has UART interface to communicate with a drone. SMBUS port is located on the PCB testpads.

 To unlock DJI P4 battery its need to solder thin wires to testpads marked with GND, SCL, SDA taking all ESD precautions.

 Battery should be powered Off by push-button, so no LEDs are lit or blink. Otherwise unlock could fail due to interference from msp430 MCU chip.

 If no parameters were read on the first attempt, chip should be waked up by a jumper from BAT+ pad to Pack+ pin of the connector.

@djibattworkshop With the NLBA1 is it also necessary to open the phantom 4 battery?
Do you know how long it takes to buy the NLBA1 in the United States?

With the NLBA1 is it also necessary to open the phantom 4 battery?

 Yes. Because SMBUS port is inside the battery.

 Another reason to disassemble it is to precharge and balance the cells or to replace faulty packets. Monitoring chip sets lock bits for a reason. Most typical is deeply discharged cells or big unbalance.

 Unlocking the battery without rectifying the fault will cause repeated lock after several cycles.

@laarnova

The license has its own price, it is completely separated. The NLBA1 is the analyzer, you will get all advanced PRO analysis functions unlimited, lifetime.
