Hello, I'm a small repair man in small city. I repair almost anything from laptop, cellphones...I think I need BMS reset about 4 times a year. I have a china EV2400 debugger.
If I understand it correctly, is it possible to buy the time of a technician who will connect during his free time and reset the BMS remotely?
I deal with undercharged cells in 99% of cases (I charge them externally), but I need to unlock the BMS. How many minutes should I buy?
I assume I will have the battery ready (already attached and connected).

Average remote session takes about 15min. According to description it will cost $1 per minute. Additionally 20% VAT and accountant fee is charged.

Remote sessions are offered for free only for existing customers (who have already a license).
The charge per minute/hour is for customers who want dedicated/customs support 1 to 1 and not to reset chips for non customers.
