Hello team,
Today i have two issues i need help with.
Firstly, I have this Dell battery Type 3RNFD which is not charging or discharging. On the battery info, it's showing max error 100. I tried to check status by reading chip info in the rest tab and that's what it is showing in the second picture. What can be the problem here and how can we solve it.
Second issue is that, Can't we use NLBA only to change cells without needing other softwares and devices like EV2300? If not, is there anyway we can be helped if we dont have that one?
