dell batteries didn't charge
when i try to charge dell batteries give me -ve current as in the pictuer

is battery Dell genuine ?
yes battery genuine i have a lot of dell batteries all have the same problem
NLBA device must work with all batteries like this one. I have one on my desk, so it works perfectly. Let's see, maybe something is wrong with your box.
Let's do one test:
1. Disconnect battery green connector from NLBA device
2. Go to Battery Info tab and press Power On (10000mV).
3. Check Output LED from NLBA device, is it ON ?
4. Measure the voltage between V and G on green connector, is it about 10V ?
