@djibattworkshop sir this lenovo t490 model leptop battery.i do not do anything.the customer come to me with the battery. With this conditions.and when i got the battery then i massage u. Sir what i will do with the battery now

 Thanks for providing battery history. 

 Basing on the picture you provided we could conclude the following 

- someone repaired battery before and reflashed the chip with wrong firmware 

- chip has firmware bug since production

 Only PCB change or Chip change could solve the issue. 

 Me personally not repair such issues and return such battery to customer. Because repair job costs more then battery price. 

@djibattworkshop where i get the chip and could u help me remortly

 Chip could be found on chinese marketplaces. 

 Chip could not be replaced remotely. It should be done in the workshop.
