hello ,
Analyzer is unable to connect , The problem started when the COm port goes invisible , We replaced the pl2303ta Chip , now the com port is visible but the device is not connecting ,. What should i do ?
My technician was saying if you could provide us the diagram of the Analyzer's board , this would really help us in identifying the issue .

Make sure you test the connection with the following procedure:
1. Disconnect USB, battery and power from the device.
2. Connect only power to the device.
3. Connect the USB cable.
4. Start the software.
