It indicates a communication error, I have connected the pins as indicated by the software, HP VI04 model, it does not allow me to perform tests.
I have tried on another pc, with another usb port, same error.

It is not a device issue. Did you execute any commands in the SMBus tab ? It seems that the battery is in Boot Mode. Can you go to SMBus tab -> SMBus Commands mini tab and execute SendCmd 0x08 ?
