iam not able to detect the device after connecting to my system please suggest what has to be done to correct this issue

Have you tried reinstalling the software.
Connect NLBA to your PC start the software and provide screenshot.

- Go to Device Manager and remove Prolific driver
- Restart PC
- Download and install the latest driver from here http://www.prolific.com.tw/US/ShowProduct.aspx?p_id=225&pcid=41
