In the reset tab

Go to SMbus commands tab run the following command and post response.
Register 0x43 ReadBlock
After executing the command
Paste picture of the chip.
This chip is not supported. Thats why cycles could not be reset.
SH36xxxx is not genuine chip, it used in cheap aftermarket batteries. Genuine chip for this Toshiba battery is bq8030.

By the way cells resistence has big deviation. Have you installed new or being used cells?
@djibattworkshop The battery is not locked, can you use the battery after calibration, won't there be any problem?
Try to make full calibration cycle. If capacity will be relearned you could continue use the battery.
All cells are new
Then ground and power wires from Pcb to the cells probably have not enough thickness which cause voltage drop under the load and different resistance on the first and last stack cells.
