This is because CF bit is set in Battery Mode which tells to device that capacity could not be trusted and calibration cycle is required.

Check these pictures. And refer to SBS v1.1 documentation for bitmap explanation.

Run full charge and discharge cycle to solve this issue.

Calibration cycle was done not correctly or chip was soft reset after it.

Battery Mode CF bit still not changed, also MaxError still 8%.

After successful calibration cycle CF bit also know as Relearn Flag should be cleared like on the very first picture and MaxError should return to 1% .

- Charge the battery to 100%

- Wait 30 min

- Discharge the battery to 3.0v on any cell

- Dont Unseal or Reset the chip !

- Paste discharge log

- Paste BatInfo picture

You did not follow this advice.

Instead, you did continue discharging the battery beyond safety limits.

Check this picture, cells voltages dropped too low, it could deteriorate their characteristics very fast.

It could be Pack Makers fault. Sometimes they are negligent to properly program safety limits.

The best way would be to exploit this option in Discharge Stop criterias.

But not sure if it works correctly.

So presently the only way to monitor cells voltages continiously and to stop discharge manually as soon as any cell reach 3.0 volts.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I would like to know what the unseal and full access keys are for the Philips battery.

@sahernandezu

Just buy the license, you don't need to know the keys.
