I am unable to unseal apple 2017 (15" macbook pro) battery
Cells are balanced , when i click on the unseal button it shows 100% progress but when i check read chip info it doesn't unseal the battery

Chip is not detected by SMBus.
Is it a china replacement battery or genuine?
Post a photo of the chip.
@torture i can't say if it's china battery because we imported these in bulk qty from America.
But i think it's a replacement battery, there is a sticker of some third party vendor on it
The PCB of this battery is exposed so just take a photo of the chip.
Remove the sticker is there is one.
This is mosfets.
No chance to do anything with this one.
@torture oh...but the macbooks batteries are the expensive ones, i would really appreciate if you help me fix this. IF THERE IS ANY SOLUTION
If they were genuine Apple batteries with original TI BQ20Z451 chip NLBA can handle them with no problem.
But with this one no chance.
