my dell (7420)shows no reading but am sure that pinout are properly fixed,
as first i thought for and said to my self that i have came across such problem before , which i contact the admin , and he gave a solution which i applied , that gave my good result,
so i this i thought about checking if the fuse is browned but
but i couldn't find any on the pcb board

This is a low quality PCB from a china replacement battery.
It doesn't have a fuse, temperature sensor or any other safety features.
so when i come across such PCB ,maybe am having issues of
output showing ,pinout is properly fix ,cell volt ok or are manageable, but no data readings...
so there is no solution to that?
Troubleshooting these chinese PCB's is a waste of time if you ask me.
