hi
this battery was undervoltage
i charge it with lab supply to 10V then wanted to unsesl and reset
but it doesn't work, it said unsealed successful but still sealed in chip information
and then i try to clear chip errors, it also said error cleared but still cant charge or discharge
any idea?
