It came in swollen, I recelled the pack but I'm unable to unseal for FCC reset.
Nothing shows on chip information in reset tab.
The pack has no SP pin.
Fuse is ok, chg/dsg is ok.

You are right, after physical inspection, the chip in fact was 045a20. Everything is ok now, thx a lot !
Could you send eeprom to my email from this battery ?..
Also paste picture of battery label.
Unfortunely, the customer collected it back immediately.
