whats the problem with this battery fcc
the fcc down every times after calibration
Bad cells.
Why did you change the date ? It is allowed only for new cells.
the fcc down every times after calibration
paste calibration log file
discharge current should match average laptop power consumption
2800mv is much high for average laptop.
The cells are too bad. If you want to increase the FCC, you must replace the cells, but it's at your own risk.
Calibration log is saved in the Log path. Log path can be found in the Tools menu.
As my colleague said, your cells are worn, used, chemically used, nothing can save them. FCC is very low 800-900 mA, this is the capacity computed by the chip. Also the Internal Resistance is very high, over 120mOhm. All of these suggest that your cells are worn. You can replace them but using cells with the same profile (charging voltage, discharge current, etc).
