Cells on this battery have 4,1v but battery have 0% charging. How i can repair this?

How i can repair this?
Go to Charge Tab, start charging. Wait until RSoC changed to 100%.

Yes, this battery uses Sanyo pulse charge method. It suspended for small period then resumed.
wait 5min and check if charging is resumed.
