Physio-Control battery with BQ80201dbt

dear sir

i have battery with BQ80201dbt and my programmer can read the data and if i want to reset it says chip not detected

is there any way to reset such battery

 Go to Smbus tab and send these commands 

Register 0x37 ReadBlock

Register 0x43 ReadBlock

Register 0x50 ReadBlock

Register 0x72 ReadWord

 There is no video for this chip because it is not supported.
