Dear Sir, I have a problem with capacity adjustment with the mentioned chip. 6 cells each cell has a capacity 2200mAh with very low internal resistance. cell no. is INR18650M26
I have tried below 0% discharge but chip is not expressing the actual capacity of cells. Resetting chip working fine problem is with adjusting capacity of battery. Battery model is HP CC06 only giving backup 30-40 min after cell change and reset
Your cells have poor ballance so take care of this first.
BQ20ZXXX family are impedance tracking gauges and you can't just write new FCC, chip must be reprogrammed after recell using BQEvsw & EV2300.

@torture thanks for detail guideline. Please provide me plugin for this chip i have ev2300...there is no direct link for bqevsw. Please provide zip file for batteries resetting plugins for resetting parameters.

Battery is not connected properly.
If you can still read it normally in NLBA check your wiring from EV2300 to battery again.
Why is red cable from EV2300 connected to V+ on NLBA?
Remove it, you can damage your EV2300.
Only GND CLOCK DATA wires are needed for communication.
Fine I did so because on SMBUS port V+ of EV2300 not beeping any component of EV2300 board means this is only a free point to support jack...but my problem is same not connecting with battery
Yes this pin is not connected on SMBUS port but there data lines are running close to it so you don't to risk shorting them.

Check if you can read other battery with EV2300.
Start NLBA software and choose EV2300 from device list and read battery, if reading is also successfull there then the problem is in your BQEvsw. You can try reinstalling it.

Did you try restarting PC so EV2300 drivers are reloaded?
