i have purchase a licence for 1 year with ev2300... when i unlocked any battery and change cycle. it shows me me done. but when i recheck on battery info. battery staus still locked. what is the issue. is it bms fault or ev2300 device fault...please guide me..

After you balance the cells, try to clear the chip errors again.
