iam having a challenge in unsealing hp battery ci03xl , its note unsealing the physical chip is A1168

How did this happen?
@torture it came with a customer it needs repair, i had to precharge the cells , iam having the same issue with the same battery that i change cells with the same chip

Someone definitely reset the manufacturer date and cycle count without replacing the cells.
Is this a china clone battery?
