Dell Km742 laptop battery with chip name BQ20887 FW v1.16 could not be unlocked

After pre-charging and balancing the cells I tried to unlocked
Which seems successful but went I went back to the battery info tab is was still locked with no output

Check WhatsApp. Have sent you personal unlock instruction for bq20887 chip. 

Follow it, then paste updated BatInfo tab picture.
