I have another chinese spare battery, it works, there is no problem, I can't get its eeprom, it doesn't appear
I'm getting the eeprom of the original battery, but I can't write it either, it says it doesn't support
Can't we get the eeprom of the solid gin backup or do you have the appropriate eeprom?
I think it's definitely an eeprom error, do you have a suitable eeprom can you help me please
Response from your battery is not valid to pass Dell Authentication, that's why laptop could not charge it. Dell equipment accepts only OEM accessories.

Yes, me could try to find original backup for this battery model. But what do you do with it? Chip in your copy battery is unknown and unsupported. How do you plan to write eeprom from bq30423 to unknown chip?
If I open the battery, would it help if I took a photo of the chip?
I haven't been able to make any batteries since I bought the software. I would appreciate it if you could help.

Paste snapshot with all parameters from this battery.

If battery is new it could be lost a warranty after disassembly. Its better to return it to seller.
Have you mixed snapshots from different batteries?
bq40320 used in modern Dell batteries and they have another Authentication principle based on Elliptic Curves Cryptography (ECC)
Its not compatible with bq30423 authentication
I want to do something
Replace PCB for genuine which uses any of bq304xx chips and we could help you with reprogramming to make it working in your laptop.
no i didn't mess up this is the supplied battery the chinese backup battery
