The problem is so simple but first return the original Manufacture Date and Cycle Counter ? It's forums rule.
Not only forum rule. It's general rule in battery repair.
These values must only be modified if cells are replaced with new.
Otherwise market will be flooded low performance batteries that seem to be new but infact they are not.
This is fraud.
Also brings a bad reputaion to battery repair shops.
