Meanwhile please try to identify all pins on your original m37512 battery connector.

@unitbngong, you posted a photo what is not allow to identify pins, you should do that by yourself

Have noticed Samsung ICR18650-30A cells on your picture.

These are Li-ion HV cells with 4.35v at Full Charge.

Were they initially installed in the m37512 battery?

Do you plan to reuse them in bq20z75 clone battery?

Its important to know it in order to properly reprogram the chip settings.

 Find attached modded dump.

 It was reprogrammed to Li-Ion HV 2S3P configuration for use with SDI ICR18650-30A 4.35V Chemistry Id 309 cells.

How to apply the mod and clone the battery

- Install original connector according to pinout of Samsung battery, it should fully emulate electrical characteristics of genuine Pcb

- Go to Reset tab, Press Unseal, Press Open Dump from File, Press Write Dump

- Disconnect power from PCB, remove resistors

- Connect 2S-3S jumper wire

- Connect Cells Group 1 and 2, to get 2S3P configuration

- Wake up the chip by applying 6V external voltage

- Go to Reset Tab, Press Unseal

- Go to Smbus Tab, Send these commands

   WriteWord 0x0021 to Register 0x00   (Start Impedance Tracking)

   WriteWord 0x0041 to Register 0x00   (Soft reset the chip)

- Go to Battery Info tab, make screenshot and paste it here

- Check NLBA front LED, Check Charge and Discharge of the battery using NLBA device

- if all above is Ok, insert battery in laptop and check it there

@djibattworkshop I will try to change the mosfets by tomorrow because it keeps switching of each time i try to charge -

while the chip is unsealed

 I connect 2x 470ohm from battery P+ pin to fuse before it could calibrate 23mA in about 30seconds while the voltage also counted too slow

To activate MOSFETS send 0x0021 command to the 0x00 Register as was instructed before.

@djibattworkshop I did, it's open when idling but it switches off when receiving charge, anyway I'll do that again tomorrow

Before sending these commands chip should be unsealed first.

Me have the same HP TD06 bq20z75_v1.06 pcb, modded dump was loaded there and then made 2S battery, charging and discharging is fine.
