Please check all the chips which are supported by the license.

Well, Renesas 045A20 chip produced blank and each Pack Maker opted to create their own firmware. Up to now following sets are known

 - 045A20 LGC

 - 045A20 SMP

 - 045A20 SANYO

NLBA1 currently supports 045A20 LGC only like was mentioned on product description page. But your battery was made by Panasonic who tends to use Sanyo firmware as both are trademarks of Japanese Matsushita corporation. It is currently not supported by the software.

045A20 SMP is planned to be added to support, but 045A20 SANYO is not even planned due to very strong protection against unauthorised access to chip parameters.
