It is Impedance Tracking chip so there is no FCC parameter in eeprom. Chip calculates it basing on the gas gauging, chemistry profile and environmental conditions. To update FCC one need to run full relearning cycle with proper relaxation periods which is 2hrs after full charge and 5hrs after full discharge.
