Greetings. help me figure out what is the problem? laptop battery is not charging. The repair shop found no problems with charging.

The screenshot that you posted gives absolutely no information needed to analyze the issue.
Post a screenshot with dynamic & static battery data with chip detection by SmBus.

Does it charge by NLBA?
There is absolutely no problem with your battery all parameters are OK.
So if you charge it with NLBA and put it in the laptop, can the laptop work on battery power?
If only charging does not work the problem is with laptop charge curcuit.
So the battery was working with this same laptop before?
@torture Yes that's right. the battery worked with this laptop. If you charge the battery, then the laptop runs on battery but does not charge it.
In that case the problem is with laptop charging curcuit.

Yes, you are right. But this is mainly applied to Dell, Lenovo, Sony, Panasonic brands laptops.
On HP laptops battery authenticity basically not verified.
Just fresh example. One of my customers replaced bq30z55 locked chip on HP battery taken from Asus battery. Chip was not reprogrammed, so all settings were Asus specific. And laptop was quite happy with it. Charging and discharging was Ok.
the battery is original. laptop from new. 15-cx0048ur
So battery is fine. Check laptop.
