any SMBus command that i can use?

HP ME03037XL BQ30Z551 TI V1.16 , Dynamic battery data no cell voltage 1 and cell voltage 2.

Read capacity and computer health also not available

the cells are good and charged to 3.7V each.

fuse is good.

any SMBus command that i can use?
