If you dont know how to balance the cells bring the battery to workshop so qualified personnel could do it for you.

I think you asked for a balance to repair the EPP ROM, there are some things I don't understand if that's the case
cells 1-2 = 4.2v
cell 3 = 4.1v max
or do we have to make the value to 4.1v for all?
If true, what are the next steps?
